Cucumber one
Small tomato one
Olives 15 pitted
Capsicum small portion Green or All available Colors
Lettuce one or two le eaves
Cheese few pieces
Nuts & Seeds
Pecan four
Wallnut two
Brazil nut two
Macadamia four
Almond five to six
Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame & Hemp seeds one table spoon each
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Prepration time 5 minutes
