Mixed Green Salad with Nuts – For Healthy Lifestyle, Weight Loss, Diabetes Reversal

Ingredients for Green Salad

Greens

Cucumber one
Small tomato one
Olives 15 pitted
Capsicum small portion Green or All available Colors
Lettuce one or two le eaves
Cheese few pieces

Nuts & Seeds


Pecan four
Wallnut two
Brazil nut two
Macadamia four
Almond five to six
Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame & Hemp seeds one table spoon each
Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Prepration time 5 minutes

Wash well all greens and cut in small pieces, mix well by adding nuts/seeds. Can have it daily for healthy lifestyle, Dieabete Reversal & weight loss.
