Shakshuka Recipe

First saute garlic then onions, capsicum, broccoli, mushroom, tomatoes, tomato puri, sesame seeds. Make some space in the vessel depending on the number of eggs to be used.


In the empty space put cheese. Then pour in the eggs on the cheese directly. Sprinkle paprika, salt, green chillies etc. Cover with a lid and let it bake for some time.


When the eggs are done turn off the flame. Check the eggs with a knife. If comes out clean then the eggs are done else they will be runny. I have used more veggies but actually in the recipe it’s only onions, capsicum and lots of tomatoes.
